He is the Founder of Unistone Capital and a veteran investment banking professional with over two decades of experience across equity capital markets, transaction advisory, and capital structuring. He has advised on a wide range of transactions including IPOs (Mainboard and SME), QIPs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, and regulatory compliances. At Unistone Capital, he brings deep market insight, execution expertise, and strong investor relationships to support clients across fundraising and strategic capital transactions.
Mr. Jitendra Sanghavi
Director
He is a Chartered Accountant and a High Net Worth Individual investor with over two decades of experience in finance, investments, and capital markets. He serves as a senior advisor at Unistone Capital, supporting fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and strategic decision-making. He also provides oversight across financial structuring, taxation, compliance, and internal governance matters.

He holds an MBA in Finance and has over 18 years of experience in capital markets and corporate advisory. He has advised multiple companies on fundraising, corporate actions, and strategic financial transactions.
